Machinery OEMs
Melt, molding, coremaking, pouring and die-casting equipment makers who want their machines to expose a safe, bounded control surface and ship with autonomy as a differentiator.
Foundry machinery OEMs, inspection vendors, MES providers, robot integrators and system integrators who want their equipment to arrive at a plant already able to run inside a closed, auditable loop.

Built with foundries and die casters melting iron, steel, aluminium, magnesium and copper

Melt, molding, coremaking, pouring and die-casting equipment makers who want their machines to expose a safe, bounded control surface and ship with autonomy as a differentiator.
X-ray, CT, vision and dimensional system vendors whose output becomes ground truth for defect models — and whose systems gain upstream attribution in return.
Foundry MES, quality and traceability vendors who track the process today and want a system of action beneath their records rather than beside them.
Robot and automation integrators who deploy cells and want a supported, auditable autonomy layer rather than another bespoke control project.
A pouring machine that runs under adaptive control produces a different scrap number than the same machine on a fixed recipe. That delta belongs to your product story as much as ours.
Every partner integration starts read-only. We model your system's data, prove the agent's predictions against plant ground truth, and only then discuss a bounded write path — with a documented failure mode for every command.
| Partner | Interface | Smelteon reads | Smelteon may write |
|---|---|---|---|
| Melt / furnace OEM | OPC UA, vendor API | Power, temperature, charge, chemistry | Additions, power profile, tap temperature |
| Molding / coremaking OEM | OPC UA, PLC tags | Compaction, shot, cycle, mold state | Sand additions, shot parameters, reject |
| Pouring / die-casting OEM | Vendor API, PLC | Ladle telemetry, stream, fill | Tilt profile, pour temperature, fill time |
| Inspection vendor | DICONDE, SDK | X-ray, CT, vision, dimensional | Disposition routing only |
| Robot integrator | Vendor API, safety I/O | Cell vision, envelope state | Motion inside safety-rated envelopes |
| MES / quality vendor | REST, database | Orders, genealogy, non-conformance | Records, holds, conformance evidence |
Write paths are enabled per connector only after a joint safety review with the plant's quality and EHS teams.
A working session on your interface, data model and control surface — what is exposed today and what could be exposed safely.
We build and document a read-only connector against your system, with a defined failure mode for each data path.
A shared design-partner plant where your equipment and our loop are baselined together against real production.
Joint review of process windows, rollback and envelopes with the plant's quality and EHS teams before any write-back.
Smelteon-ready positioning, shared reference material and joint account planning once the numbers support it.
Joint engineering on the connector, with our team owning the Smelteon side and documenting every failure mode.
Shared baseline-versus-improved data from joint pilots, publishable with the plant's approval.
Technical and commercial enablement so your field teams can position autonomy without overpromising it.
Joint reference material, case studies and 'Smelteon-ready' positioning for equipment that ships integration-complete.

Integrations start read-only
“The machine vendors are excellent and siloed. The opportunity is not to replace them — it is to make their equipment part of a loop that closes.”
Not to start. Every integration begins read-only, and many partnerships stay there for a long time. A bounded write path is a separate, jointly reviewed decision with the plant.
No. We do not build furnaces, molding lines, pouring machines, inspection systems or MES platforms. We build the loop that runs across them, and every one of those categories is a partner category.
You keep yours, we keep ours. Joint pilots are jointly scoped, and nothing about a partner's customer is published without that customer's written approval.
Bring us your interface documentation and one plant where we can baseline together.
